In 2011, Fresh International Market was founded by Bowen Kou in East Lansing, Michigan, starting with just 2,000 square feet and a team of 3 employees. The company is dedicated to bringing vibrant lifestyles and authentic flavors to communities throughout the United States. Bowen and his team are driven by a passion for providing their customers with the best possible culinary experiences, which has resulted in the opening of 9 locations and ongoing expansion plans. Additionally, FIM has partnered with some of the best restaurants, bakeries, and retailers in recent years.
